The Amazing Power of Communication

The title of the blog makes it clear that today’s stuff is about the importance of communication in our lives; personal & professional. I have been a strong believer of the fact that right & healthy communication can heal people a lot. Of course, opinions do vary and some even think that silences can do wonders. But I’m not that person who would be silent when deep inside I have so much to say and express. 

I read somewhere on the internet that ‘Certain unsaid things have the power of haunting us all our lives.’ This clicked me instantly! 

Expression is part of our lives and as human beings, we have got this amazing thing called feeling. Feelings vary; sad, angry, happy, smiling, healing, broken, low, emotionally down and many others. 

But have you ever wondered what makes us connected to the people we genuinely love and care about? It's communication! One should never under-estimate the power of good communication. When we express our thoughts and opinions in a good way, it helps us heal inside, feel happy and content. Obviously, we are human beings and we cannot be satisfied about anything in life. But still there comes a point when we all want to heal. So, talk! 

The rule is simple! 

  • Want to tell something to someone, do it!
  • Want to show your anger, do it!
  • Want to fix things, say it!
  • Want to heal, talk to people who think will listen!

There are few instances that I have written here. But everytime you feel sad, low or drained, all you need is to communicate. But wait, communication does not only happen when things are sad. Even in good situations, communication works wonders. It helps in instilling that awesome positivity in you which you’ve always wanted. 

But the sad part is that we have always overlooked the power of communicating. As people, we have egos, insecurities, fear and a different perspective due to which we fail to talk to people. This leads to so much negativity inside out that it gets difficult to handle and situations become toxic. 

Understand, when we talk in a healthy way, there is a power to mend a lot of things that can go worse otherwise. It makes us sorted and organised so that our thought process is always in the right direction and we can work towards improving ourselves. 

Here are some of the benefits of communication in our lives.

  • It helps us to be positive & optimistic.

  • It strengthens our bond with the other person.

  • It makes us sorted.

  • It increases trust and loyalty in the bond we genuinely want in our lives.

  • It helps us explore various professional opportunities that otherwise may be lost.

  • It helps us GROWTH MINDSET.

  • It makes us a good human being without any need to prove ourselves.

  • It brings peace.

Benefits of communication are immense and you can always have your own benefits. I definitely want you to practice in your lives and ensure that you do not miss good things in your life.

Ultimately, life is about perspective so let’s keep it simple & sorted!

Are you being destructively criticised? Rise & Shine Now!

So, you have been criticised lately for your work, job, life, habits or whatsoever? Criticism is part of life. But not every criticism coming your way should be considered. Criticism can be
constructive & destructive. Constructive criticism comes from your loved ones while negative criticism comes from the small-minded people (or say haters!). As there are so many frustrations and stresses hovering around us, it has become difficult for us to be positive all the time even when we want to. However, there is no solution we have instead of always being positive for our work and life. 


Coming back to our title, criticism is not always constructive. As they say, small minds are too small to understand big spirits so being misunderstood, mocked and hated is natural. The fact is when you’re growing in life, there is a line of people behind you to criticise you, pull you down and make you full of negativity. Sometimes, as in the times of covid-19, when things are not in our favour, certain people are there to fill our lives with more negativity. Frankly, they have no purpose for life other than mocking you and criticising you. And believe me, their opinion does not matter as well but still they want to interfere in everything. 


It's really hard to deal with such people. But that’s life. It shows us things that we never want to see (good or bad depends). However, it is extremely critical to not lose to that destructive criticism you're experiencing. It's true that criticism should be a way to improve but do not let that criticism get too high on your nerves that you end up losing.


We can’t lose to this destructive criticism. It will be there until we will be surrounded by small-minded people who have no purpose and no vision at all. 


So, here I talk about certain steps that I take to get rid of the destructive criticism.


  • Work hard, their stupid criticism isn’t going to pay your bills

  • Be focussed and keep your mind intact

  • Self-love, treat yourself often to stay motivated and confident

  • Pray, pray and pray (God is the saviour)

  • Stay productive (this should not be only money-making, focus on learning new things)

  • Explore good side of life 

  • Be honest, transparent and committed to your goals 

  • Talk to your constants (people who you connect to)


Eventually, it is you and your hard work that will pay you off one day. It’s not the destructive criticism which is going to lead you anywhere. So, it's rightly said, small-minded people say and then again say because their minds are too little to think beyond it. We do not have to match their small-mindedness and feel bad. 


Rise above the small-minded people and let their opinions do not matter to you. 


Let’s keep growing and focusing on the good in the world!

Do you want it easy or forever?

The title of this blog instantly stuck me as I read it somewhere on the web. I don’t know how much it impacts you. But reading it is definitely going to make some difference.

I don’t know how many can relate with the title of this blog. But certainly I can relate to it. Life till date has not been easy for me. I have struggled, prayed, worked hard and remained clear about what I wanted for me. However, time and again, like any ambitious girl, I would always ask myself why I have to struggle so much to achieve everything I want. An inner voice would always reply back that do you want to have it easy or forever? 


Choose for yourself wisely today because whatever you choose is going to influence your life later.

Like me, many of you have always thought the same. There is a huge difference between getting it easy or keeping it forever. This ‘it’ I am describing here can be any personal goal which one wants for his life. After this pandemic has hit us, things have started to become difficult for us. We lost our jobs, we lost our confidence, we have pressures, we have negativity and we have so much to cope with in life. All these burdens have escalated our struggles and we have been left with no options but being patient and waiting for the times when things get settled. 


Motivation in life is very crucial. Life definitely does not come easy for a large part of us. We have to be capable of organising ourselves in a way that no amount of pressure can shake or fall us. Then comes a concept of sustainability. If you have dreams and aspirations for life, these need to be sustainable and forever. 


Something that is easily available to us is not valued long-term and hence, not sustainable. But when we know we have struggled so hard to get it, we value it above everything. So sustainability is there. As time passes, we have to be clear about our life principles and philosophies since this should be our guiding light. No one is going to come and ask us to be motivated. We have to be capable enough to pick ourselves up and motivate ourselves from time to time. But I feel that there are certainly some things that can be done to make our struggles focussed and sustainable. Let me list a few of them here. 


  • Talk to like-minded people

  • Read good and motivating stuff

  • Organise yourself and make SMART goals

  • Be private as they say, ‘people cannot ruin what they don’t know’

  • Have faith and patience

  • Keep yourself busy


The process of taking sustainable decisions for life should be a continuous one. Just because we have to struggle for everything we want in life does not mean we are not worth it. It just means that once we achieve it, we are going to keep it forever.

Why does Good Vibe matter in Covid-19?

Over the years, I have realised that a vibe actually plays a significant role in our lives. I turned 29 on 14th December 2021 and I have realised that ‘a normal human being’ craves for a good vibe. There are so many motivational quotes and articles on the internet. We instantly feel energised when we come across something which is just too motivating. Isn't it? That’s the power of a good vibe.

As a writer, I have often observed things and focussed on analysis. However, after 2 years of living a pandemic stuck life, the amount of negativity has increased around us. This negativity has developed due to many factors. Let's take these factors one by one. 

  • No work at all as industries are badly hit 
  • True colours of people 
  • Lack of productive feelings 
  • Lack of opportunities to explore 
  • Lack of travel 
  • Exhausting savings 

This list is personal and everyone can have their own factors that have added to their negativity. Being the first blog, I really wanted a topic which is very personal to me and something I strongly feel about. I have roughly a writing career of 7 years and in all these, I have learnt to weave a good amount of words for myself. I feel that I have the capacity to transform my ideas into thoughts.

With so much negativity around, I believed that people must find new and engaging ways to get rid of this shit or else this can lead to severe emotional breakdowns. Emotional breakdowns are not easy to manage and must not be left unaddressed. I have realised that it is important that we take care of our vibes and do things that comfort us instead of thinking about others. As they say, ‘a person can keep others' happy when he is happy himself.’ So, it is very important to do things that can keep us happy. 

Some of the things that I believe can be done include-
  • Writing, as I am doing to get rid of all the stress 
  • Exploring opportunities to make money 
  • Staying away from negative energy 
  • Reading good and positive things 
  • Focus on your entertainment 

It's absolutely important to take care of your vibe more than anything. You need not surround yourself with many people. Even a single person can comfort you in the best possible way. The thing which matters is the energy. The energies around you should be good and you should be your own master. 


You can have different ways of keeping yourself in a good vibe. I strongly wish to know them. Let’s connect through my blog and make our world a better place to live.
