Well, the title makes it clear that today’s blog is about fitness. It was until this pandemic came and engulfed us that we realised that fitness is extremely critical. Fitness is personal and can have different definitions for different people. For me, it is a mind-set. But for you, it can be weight loss or working on your stamina or strength training or fixing anything which concerns your health.
Too lazy to change to a healthy regime
Too occupied to do any physical activity such as gym, yoga, walking etc

There can be many reasons as to why you have overlooked your health all these years. However, there have been different studies conducted in the past & present indicating that health remains a top priority for anyone and everyone after this Covid-19 has brought the world to a standstill. So fitness is not just about weight loss. It's beyond that and can be extremely personal. There is no thumb rule as to how fitness should be maintained. It depends on the preferences and varies from person to person.
